This is exactly the reason why I hate running LSDJ on real hardware. My USB smart card is possibly dead by now and may have some corrosion from its battery. I really wish LSDJ carts would rely on flash memory instead of this battery eating crap. The 64M USB Smart Card gets very good reviews, and If I can get the ROM on there at all, it would seem to be the perfect option, especially seeing as the battery is meant to be quite easy to replace.
