If we safe remove the card reader we get the same error on device manger for SCR33X device. Below is the device & the card.The new Identive Cloud 2700 smart card reader requires card driver version 1.3.1 (or higher) and at least an EC3 firmware level. Note: Refer to the Firmware Update Instructions for steps in updating the printer firmware.
