Using the Virgin app it says one box is not connecting and the other has Smart Card Provisioning problem. Have checked the cables, rebooted both boxes and the router and it still says the same. Trying to upgrade to the 360 but .
Getting intermittent signal breakage on two of my V6 boxes. Have looked at cable coax tightness and seems ok there. Did run a VM service status test on my V6's and only thing that has been detected was that one box states "Smartcard provisioning issue detected". However recently I have started getting a message on my screen telling me I need to replace my Virgin tv smart card with the new one supplied or I will lose access to Virgin tv. I assumed initially this was pay per view or some such which I do not use as I have never been sent any sort of card, at any time.The best thing to do is to get help online and run a test on your Virgin TV service. We’ll check your TV service and from there let you know if there are any issues in your area, help you fix any faults we find, and book an engineer if you need one.
